I highly recommend for the following reasons: 1.) Friendly and honest estimate 2.) Showed up on time 3.) Got the work done early 4.) There were a couple instances where my ignorance in HVAC would have let them take advantage of me, but instead Todd and Lonnie (the owners/workers) sat me down and took some time to talk about my options so that I could maximize my savings. 5.) I am also a pretty curious guy, and while they were doing their work I would occasionally interrupt them with a bunch of questions. Whenever I did this, they kindly and intelligently explained to me exactly what "that shiny thing" does why "that pipe is bent a funny way." 6.) They cleaned up the work site. 7.) They gave me an itemized bill when they left that explained exactly what/why I was paying for, and the final price tag was exactly what they quoted me. 8.) Before they left they made sure I understood the new thermostat. Bottom line: I am very happy with their work & would not hesitate to go with them again
