Well. The relationship started great with lots of promises to give us a better deal after we installed THREE A/C units with them... However, when we needed FOURTH A/C unit, the father came to the rental unit, and he looked around, didn't said goodbye, and left. I was with someone else, as I let them BEFORE HAND I had to be with the inspector, yes, a big deal. He and his boy Jesus did not keep their word and give a good deal! Took the money, though! They never called or communicated with me after that again!? I'm not sure what happened? I believe after asking for the better deal, that was it! They did sell me a used unit prior that they said was taken from someone that stopped making payments eight months before, but nothing was wrong with it etc,. but after a couple of weeks it was acting up with our NEW tenants. El Indio said it was because the house needed insulation, okay, so we got the house insulated, then again in the middle of one of the hottest days, the a/c was not working! The house was actually in the 90's! They put a new a/c after stating that they told me it had issues, WHICH Jesus did not tell me! I caught him in a big lie, and told him that he NEVER said that to me! Why on earth would I buy an a/c unit with problems!!? He knew they had to make it right, and they did, because legally they would be in BIG trouble. Some of the paper work seemed to be a bit shady. Now, as I noticed, the service receipt is not correct at all, and I have already addressed them SEVERAL times to fix it, and they still have not corrected that problem. It has been at least two months now. They don't communicate, just stop calling. Their customer service is really bad. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EL INDIO! My friend who recommended them is having problems too.

I just had a new system installed and the communication between my sales person and myself was not there. He had told me it would take two consecutive days to install and the installers did not show up the 2nd day. They finished finally on the third day, I had to take a day off from work to accommodate this to happen. I believe that the sales person should pay more attention at customer service and communicate any changes that occur, not to wait for the customer to call them and ask "what's happening today" ? This was a good sale for him and I am very disappointed on the service he provided. I hope He don't treat all his customers this way.

The service was very professional . They have the best prices in the valley by far I realized after making multiple calls. When you deal with them you get the feeling you are being helped and not taken advantage off, it's a good feeling when paying for a service.

Very bad service, the guy didn't have a clue of what's going out with my A/C, they charged a big amount of money for nothing I still have problems with my unit, I won't recommend this company to anyone.

This business helped with a lot, they gave the best price for what I was looking for, and they were there when I needed them.
