I had a problem with a windshield with a crack and lots of water leaking in when it rained saturating my headliner. My insurance company told me to call Safelite Auto Glass. They were terrible starting with the 800 number. Then the day before my replacement they cancelled because of the weather and stated they could not do it the following week due to appointments not being taken yet. My auto mechanic recommended calling Crystal Glass. I talked to Norman (owner) there and he explained I could use any company I wanted. I called my insurance company back (MetLife) and found out they are affiliated with Safelite for Auto Glass that is why I was directed to them. This time though with Metlife the person was very helpful and got me set up with Crystal Glass. I brought my Truck in for the replacement of the windshield. Norman was great dealing with.
