  In addition to her law practice, Katherine also serves as a student advisor for Themis Bar Review and prepares students to sit for the Ohio Bar Examination.  She also is proud to pass on her legal knowledge as a Professor for undergraduate, graduate, and law students at Concord Law School, Rasmussen College, California Southern University, and the American Public University, teaching in the areas of Employment Law, Evidence, Corporate Law, Legal Ethics, and Civil Litigation.

The litigation in which the Firm is predominantly engaged involves general business, commercial, real estate, bankruptcy and domestic relations matters.   John is admitted to practice in all state courts in Ohio, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Ohio, Toledo and Lucas County Bar Associations, as well as the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. In 1989, he was elected and served as President of the Lucas County Bar Association. From 2012 through 2014, John chaired the Social Security Disability Committee of the Toledo Bar Association.
