i can't say enough good things about this lady, she listened to everything my teenage grandson wanted fixed on his cheer outfit that fit him awful. I had called around and people were telling a two week wait, i didn't have their time. She said bring him and the outfit in on a Monday, she told us she was going to try and have it ready by that Saturday, Tuesday nite she called to tell us we could pick up Wed. I am so impressed by the speed and quality of her work. My teenage grandson is super happy with his cheer outfit!!

Even though I moved from Toledo a few years ago, I always try to save my alterations for when I come there - just so I can take them to Sew Faithful. Not only is the owner and staff wonderful, but the work is done at a remarkable quality that is hard to find anywhere else anymore. Highly recommended!
I took my wedding dress to Alterations and More and had it come back a complete disaster! I then took it over to Sew Faithful and the lady was a complete sweetie. She took her time and made the dress exactly how I wanted it. She's very thorough and makes you feel at ease. Thanks so much! My wedding was perfect! :)
