We found these people to be fraudulent and not to be trusted. They have an adjoining rental hall business in their building with the Orthotic Prosthetic center that they run and operate. We held a small wedding reception there this past weekend and they were very friendly up until paid in full and deposit made. We were told we had one hour post event to take out trash and to NOT do any additional cleaning as it was part of the amount that we paid, of which was also in our contract. Being owners of a maintenance company ourselves, we went over and above on the cleaning. Our event was until 10 pm and they showed up 45 minutes later and sent us on our way. The only thing left to do was sweep and mop. The barmaid was even wiping the bar floor when they arrived and they said nope we take care of that. I returned during business hours to retrieve my deposit, and was told they were withholding money for the floor cleaning taking longer than it should have. I was outraged, especially being in the maintenance business and knowing they were just making a money grab. I maintained my cool and requested a copy of the floor cleaning bill. They said there is not one as they did it themselves. I advised them that they were being fraudulent in their claims and although it is not worth my time filing a $100 small claim, I would be certain to review their business and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We had less than 60 people that showed at the event and over a dozen that stayed to help with cleanup as witnesses, along with event photos which show the floors. They are claiming that the scatter decoration discolored the floor and it took additional time to clean. We have recreated the length of time and exact same decoration on two similar floors just to be certain we were not in the wrong. We did not have any issues with the removal. Also all of our white table linens and the white chairs - no stains at all! I found other reviews online where they have done similar to other people. Such a shame, they seemed so nice when taking our money. Different attitude when they got it for sure! There was NOTHING a basic mop or wipe of a magic eraser couldn't take care of with ease. No over and above cleaning required for sure! During my posting of reviews I have found they have done similar things to others.

I have been to this hall several times, each time it has been VERY CLEAN and arranged in different styles. The staff was always been courteous and most helpful. I would recommend this hall for any event.
