STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Their work is very poor. I received a fill in (balance) with gel polish.Just in case you are not familiar w/ gel polish,this polish last a lot longer than regular polish. Well a day after getting my nails done from Hot Nails, my polish began to chip and peel. By day three I had four nails that needed to be redone because the polish came off. When I went to Hot Nails to complain the lady stated that this was due to me working and washing my hands. First of all I do not do strenuous work nor do I over use my hands while working. Second of all with gel, washing my hands should not make the polish come off. Any time nail polish remover will not remove gel, I am pretty sure that water should not remove the polish after three days. They refused to do anything about my nails and stated that I would have to pay to have my nails redone. I called other salons and was informed that this should have happened and that my nails were done incorrectly.

Worst Nail Salon In TownI was in on 5/10/08 for a Mother?s Day manicure/pedicure. My procedure was grossly overpriced and the quality of the manicure/pedicure was dreadful. My nail tech had to redo my procedure twice and I was charged a tip fee after my procedure was completed. Please do not use your credit card without making sure you personally write down how much you paid on their receipt as well as your own and definitely mark if you want to give a tip or not. I will personally recommend that you do business elsewhere if you are seeking a high quality honest type of salon.
