After having a customer service NIGHTMARE with Wal-Mart I was recommended by a Wal-Mart (non-management) employee to go to Game Stop! I am so glad I did! I got the same game for less money than Wal-Mart with a one year Guarantee! If this used game gets scratched I can return it or get another game within one year with no corporate hassles! The employees at Game Stop on Glendale (conveniently located NEXT DOOR to Wal-Mart!) Brennan Johns and Kevin Clock provided the greatest customer service ever! They were very knowledgeable and recommended a special membership that paid for itself and got me a free game. They also suggested games that my son would enjoy that were age appropriate. You have a lifetime customer! It was a relief after dealing with the corporate garbage and red tape at Wal-Mart. I made one phone call to Game Stop and they not only had the game I was looking for but had it behind the counter with my name on it before I could even make the request!
