Founded in 1965, The Twelve Incorporated Family Connections is an agency that offers a range of services for children, families and the communities in which they live. It provides assessment, counseling, aftercare and out-of-home care services for youths. The agency administers the Kinship Mentoring Program, which includes educational, vocational, employment and recreational services, as well as homework assistance for children. The Twelve Incorporated Family Connections offers a treatment foster care program that features psychotropic medication and behavioral services. It also provides an independent living program that includes placement supervision and assistance for children, mother, pregnant teenagers and handicapped youths.
