Jeff test drove my car and quoted that he could repair my electrical issues for $200-$300 dollars. I explained that I had the car previously worked on and had been out $1000 already so I would need a few weeks to gather the funds. I made an appointment on 8-9-2017 with Jeff who was very rude on the phone. I took it in on Thursday afternoon and Jeff made it clear that he didnt want to work on my car and would still charge me $100 even if he couldnt fix the electrical issues. Jeff is a first rate jerk. I rate him on a five star scale off a##holes as a 5 and a 0 for customer service and 0 for keeping his word. I wouldnt take my bicycle to be worked on here. Jeff if you treat your wife or mother like you just treated me you need a good e Texas a**whipping!
I have been using Earl Brothers on Secor Road since since at least 2006, when Jeff Booth helped me get a rebuilt transmission for my Ford Escort. Earl Bros has since worked on my Honda Odyssey, Kia Sedona and Dodge Stratus. There have been numerous times when I thought I needed work done, but Jeff said no, or that it could wait. He's always been upfront and honest, and communicates well (doesn't do any work without giving me at least a rough estimate).

I brought my 12 year old volkswagon into the shop in Maumee in September 22, 2010. October 28, 2010 I recieved my car back. I was greatful for the loaner car that could not be driven safely on the highway while these experts continuously worked on my car and told me my car was causing problems for them. They didn't know what model the transmission was and that was not their fault it was the dealers or the salvage yards fault. They quoted me $2082 plus tax and told me after very little communication during the 5 weeks that they had my car that they couldn't figure out why the transmission was not working and that they were not charging me anymore than the first quote. My husband goes to pick the car up finally and total charges are $2862.They kept telling us that they were "taking a bath" on this.Well, they charged us for removing the transmission 9 times at $80 a pop.Do that math, who took a bath? And they did not fix the hood as we asked orignally as well in September. STAY AWAY!
