Dr. Frankel I just thought you should know that you have a wonderful staff. I first met Angie on the phone when I called for my first appointment; she was so friendly and accommodating. Then when I came in for my first visit I was greeted immediately and Angie made a point to walk over and introduce her. I then saw Natalie who was just as sweet. I knew I already liked Angie but when she checked me out I realized, this is what customer service is about. Your girls are friendly, and playful which made me feel completely at ease. You have some real gems!!!
I like the comfort provided during my visits. I also feel secure, in their knowledge, of what kind of procedure is actually needed.
Today's visit was very informative. I have never been shown how to floss and why it should be done that way. Made me want to stop home and do it. Also made me somewhat proud of how I have been taking care of my teeth all my life with no education.
This was my first visit and it was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Frankel, made me feel right at home, and eased dental fears. I will be returning.
