My phone call to Costco for computer -was hijacked-by a company called-allfix-Leland put up with my tenacity to correct the problem-Costco never got the call-as it was hijacked-according to att security -but L did his part-and we are happy with their services

Costco - Central Avenue, Toledo,Ohio. Yesterday I had to take my mother to Costco to change her membership because of my father's recent death. At the service counter we were greated and treated with the upmost respect by the employee there. You could even see the compassion on his face as he talked to my mother. I appreciate that someone took the time to be this way, she was married to my dad for 60years, and its a difficult time for her. He made the transition in this membership easy for us. Thank you!
