Located in Toledo, Ohio, Bowsher High School offers classes to students in grades nine through 12 in various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, fine arts, health, and physical and special education. It also provides career and technical education in natural science, business and technology, family and consumer science, and industrial and technological education. The school offers foreign language programs in French, Spanish, Latin, German and Japanese. The school provides various sports activities in football, cross country, hockey, cheerleading, volleyball, softball, baseball, and track and field. The school has an enrollment to more than 1,000 students, and offers advanced placement and scholarship programs to students. Bowsher High School s students provide community service to various organizations, including Hearts for the Homeless, the Boys and Girls Club, St. Paul's Community Center, the Salvation Army, the Cancer Society and the United Way.
