More than 475 Baillie Lumber employees are involved in the production and distribution of American hardwoods in the United States and to more than 60 countries throughout the world. With five concentration yards, three sawmills and strategically placed warehouses in the United States and overseas, Baillie is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of hardwood lumber. Its Titusville, Pa., facility is located in the northwestern region of the state, a region known throughout the world for oak, ash and black cherry production. The facility employs approximately 70 people and produces about 200 truckloads per month for domestic and export distribution. Baillie Lumber s predryer in Titusville supports a total kiln capacity of 850,000 board feet.
