Best park in the area. Best price! No pool but thats okay for us. What a wonderful community. Richard & Rhonda do an outstanding job keeping the place looking sooo nice. We just love them! We have met so many wonderful people. Everyone looks out for one another so we feel safe. Close to everything. The anonymously person (we all know who wrote that one) that complained about the rules is one of the few people that cant follow them. Sorry but to see that review made us mad. The rules are no different from any other fine park that we've been too. They are a God Send. We have been to many other parks and Whispering Pines is one of our favorites. I suppose if youre a rule breaker you need to look elsewhere or leave. It is the biggest reason why this park shines. We love Whispering Pines and come back year after year.BR

I want to say if your coming to this area I would say this is the nicest place to stay the people are very nice the owners are wonderful and it's clean quiet and very reasonable so pack your bags come on down and stay awhile and meet. Richard and Rhonda . I'm a very happy camper

We stayed about six months last winter and loved it. Guess we were part of the in crowd because following the rules of the park was not a problem. Same rules for everyone. Bus stop at the entrance. River is about a block away. Friendly people there. We'll be back.

Nice mobile home park. Horrible management at park. rules constantly change and if your not part of the in crowd they will target u with petty violations its kinda like going back to high school for the elderly.the location is great. Thought it would be a good place for my mother to retire but she is depressed about living there now. If you like asking for permission to do anything and everything is up to managements opinion what acceptable or not its theplace for u. There are tons of violations with car ports let hope no hurricanes come cause most carports arnt secered right they will end up in the side of your home!

very nice retirement community. very quiet and residential. outside of the very busy and high trafficked area. price and value is fair to good.
