These people are thieves when it comes to shipping!! I shipped a package via UPS to have an item repaired at the factory. These people charged me $176 to ship. The factory charged $62 to ship it back. I called UPS and found out Mail Center can charge whatever they want. When questioned why he charged so much the owner told me I should call the factory and ask why they charged so little. The dumbass didn't realize the factory just charges UPS standard rates. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Getting a mail box here seemed like a good idea as they are the only box company in the area. Beware! When you leave the area, they charge a RIDICULOUS amount to forward your mail, and eventually, they stop forwarding at all with no notice. They love you when you are a customer, but when you leave, they treat you very poorly. Guess they don't consider such things as online reviews, potential client referrals, or even if I return to the area in the future being a customer again. AVOID THE MAIL CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I Give this company No stars. I walked into this company and the man working kept avoiding a customer. while waiting for 15 to 20 mins he and the customer started discussing why her Package was 100 more then what fedex told her it should be he first told her He decided to ship it UPS and that to ship it fedex would be 30 more dollars. She ask why would it be so much fedex told me 125 and you are charging me 220. He then tells her that he charges a 20% fee. I'm no genius but that is way more than 20%. I look around the room and see a sign hang saying ERRORS HAVE BEED MADE OTHERS WILL BE BLAMED. The customer was calm and she kept telling him she didn't understand in reply he yells at her and tells her to leave or he will call the police. She left and so did I. No way was I going to chance being treated like that so beware when deal with is company and good luck.
