These are comfy and nice. There is a lot of trees around and it's easy to get to shopping and stuff. Best of all its all ground floor so no walk ups and No body runninng around above me at 3am!!!!! The new manager got the place cleaned up and it's nice and quiet. I like stuff when they are quiet. It's near to the river so if I get to see the Cape and lift offs real easy.

These apartments are just sectioned off trailors. You can hear everything in all the surrounding apartments. People will keep you up, and it is even likely that you will keep others awake as well. Even with the simple task of opening and closing the door.The apartments are terribly insulated. Your electric bill will skyrocket.The paint is not only on the walls but all of the base boards.Doors don't fit the doorways.Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention the crack dealers.
