As I went to return 2 pairs of jeans, the cashier did not acknowledge me at all. I had to say hello, would you help me? When I bought a new pr, she was ok but still didn't thank me for shopping at marshalls. I had to say to her, have a great day! If customers are appreciated, they should be shown some courtesy.They may do well to train emplyees in PR. The're jobs and the companys furture depends on it.
