Went in to buy a new drill . staff there was very helpful in helping me find a new one at a great price even comes with two batteries at almost the same price if I were to buy the battery separate my only complaint.. I was asked six times front coming in the store to the tools. Some would not mind but once or twice is OK to me. If I need help I usually will ask. Not a big deal though.

having dealt with this particular Lowes since it was built, I have known numerous staff over the years and while I am aware they have to maintain a certain PR image, I know that most of them I've met, it wasn't just a job, it was easy to see it was in their nature to be that way. So, for all their help and humor over the years, I salute you. Truthfully, I was just trying to find out if they were open today and saw how few patrons have responded to this particular stores good people. Have a Happy 2013....you all deserve it. S.I.

We were traveling back to Virginia from Flordia when the drivers side window wouldn't go up on our truck. We stopped at Lowe's to buy a tool to take the door panel off to try and fix the window. It started raining so we pulled under the load shelter to work. We needed something to wedge the window up because it couldn't be repaired. The gentleman that was working the lumber section came out to see if we needed help. After explaining what we needed he went in and cut small pieces of wood and some tape. Thanks to his help we are on our way home with our window secure. The date is 8/14/12 and the time was around 4:15 in the Titusville, FL store. Thank you!
