Garden Park Apartments is family owned and operated and provides a family friendly atmosphere. I've lived here many years and have always felt safe. The buildings are very sturdy. I made it through the 2004 hurricanes without damage. The apartments are well maintained and updated during turnovers. Potential tenants must pass a background check to move here.

As is apparant from the local news, Titusville has a major drug problem. Thus, there isn't an apartment complex in the city that doesn't have at least a few pot smokers. However, if drug users are caught at Garden Park, the police are called and they face eviction. All potential tenants must pass a background check to move into Garden Park Apartments.
