Call someone else!!! They are all about the money; don't care about the needs of the client. They are quick to sell you a brand new pump instead of examining the problem and attempting to fix a problem that could be very minor. Very poor customer service. Poor integrity. Don't show up when they say, poor communication.

D & E Pump has the best water treatment systems and service. There technicians are the best. They are not a high pressure company, like most in the water treatment industry, when it comes to sales, and they are always available when I need them for questions or anything else. I think most people think that since they have well water it will be almost free, cause they don't have a city water bill to pay. However, look at how much effort a city has to do in most cases to make the water usable and drinkable. Any well water treatment system will require some maintenance, but D & E Pump makes it simple, and the cost of their maintenance is a lot more reasonable than anyone I have dealt with or priced in my 40 years of having a well system

They could have gave the buyer some Manuals on how to maintain your water treatment t having to call them for every little problem. I have bad sulphur water, $3000 system, and I still smell the rotten egg sulphur smell. I know all it is is a little tweaking to the system or just routine maintenance. but a lot of people don't have the money to pay what they want to come out and maintain it

Just had a new standby generator installed by D & E. What a great experience. They gave me a free estimate and power analysis, where the other companies I called wanted to charge me for an estimate. I won't be without power ever again!!!!

The best experience I have ever had with a service company. They fixed my sprinklers right the first time. They went out of their way to make sure I understood how to properly maintain and operate everything. I wish my builder would have had them Install my irrigation system. I was also pleased to find out thay are also electrical contractors. I am having them wire my new shed, and install some outdoor lighting. I really didn't even care to get other estimates because it was very reasonable, and the quality of work that I know I will get, is worth much more than a few dollars I might have saved by getting more estimates, or who knows they might have been the lowest. I also bought a Kinetico whole house water system from them, and all I can say is WOW!!! I am on city water, my house is only three years old and I already had dishwasher problems and calcium buildup on all my water using items in my house. No longer. Kinetico water solved all my problems and saves me money.
