Tipton medical clinic denied me help 35 minutes before their closing time. I went in for something that takes 5 minutes.A prescription refill and I was threatened with with a nurse telling me she was going to call the police, because I got loud with them . I have medication that i need to take daily so you can understand my frustration . She said the rooms were filled up in the back. Also they only had one person in the waiting room . if that was the case then they should have a sign saying no walk ins after 530 so people won't go in. I got the impression she wanted to go home instead of helping me with my medical needs.

The Nurse practitioner is very through and knowledgeable. The staff as well. It's a full clinic with the only thing they dont do is X-ray
