Spring Meade Retirement Community is comprised of SpringMeade Residence and the Spring Meade Health Center. Its center offers treatment for several issues, including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, sexual behavior and relationship problems. The community has a staff of employees that include s psychiatrists, social workers, practice nurses, physician s assistants, counselors, registered and licensed vocational nurses, mental health and retardation professionals and paraprofessionals. Spring Meade Retirement Community offers counseling, outpatient mental health, emergency and medication somatic services. The community also offers intermediate care facilities for mental retardation. It provides case management, respite, and in-home and family support services.
