These villas are exclusively for adults 55 and over and offer several luxury amenities including: attached garages, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens with breakfast bar areas, central air conditioning and additional storage. Each home is pre-wired for high speed internet access. Special events are held at our state-of-the-art club house to inspire community relationships.
