Absolutely the most tender brisket & mouth-watering ribs that were ever smoked. Sausage, stuffed jalapenos, and great sides complete a fantastic meal. Clark's has been around forever and still makes the best barbecue around. The drive up to Tioga (home of Gene Autry), is lovely in the fall --- and the smoked trout can't be beat. I'm not a big barbecue fan, but I'll drive to Tioga for that trout!
