Moved into my house, noticed that the hot water heater was nearing end of life. Noticed that they installed the old one (the sticker was still there) and that it was installed over 10 years ago. If the old one lasted 10 years (that is good for a water heater), I figured I'd call them again. They installed a top brand water heater at a price competitive with the local "home" centers.
