My first impression of SONA Bella was the friendly courtesy that was given from the salesperson to your front office staff. I enjoyed Dr. Stutmans bedside manner and and professionalism and nursing staff was also attentive.
The staff put the "fab" in fabulous! Agnes is hands down one of the best colorists I've ever known. She is a patient listener and she educates you on how to care for your hair. Beth's manicures always pamper me! These professionals put 110% into their work! Thank you, Sona Bella! -A very happy, repeat client

I had my hair cut and colored by Beth in December of '08. It looks amazing and was reasonably priced. Staff is down to earth and made me feel at home.

A cozy atmosphere with personalized services. A former house that has been transformed into an escape. Services include everything from hair styling to hair removal. A delightful staff.
During this year, I became pregnant, had a c-section and became ill. I had called the spa explaining my situation asking to extend the certificate. The manager agreed giving her sympathies. When I physically felt better (about 2 months after the phone call) the manager then told me "sorry but no, you can not use the certificate". I felt this was a very poor business move on their part and my husband's $300 down the toilet. I would never recommend doing business with them unless you plan to use your certificate right away (and hopefully don't get sick).
