Brought my son in March 26, 2016 to get a lab draw, and brought in 24h urine.The woman (Phlebotomist) with the red, and black rope braids needs training in hospitality, she did not even say hello, or converse, not friendly at all, looks as if she had a major attitude. Whomever the Lab lead, or supervisor is please advise her to be more friendly when dealing with the public, especially patients! Horrible customer service! Thank you.
Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Did not wait long for appointment. Therapists were thorough and remembers the patient :) All around a great place to receive therapy!
