Paypal's service is absolutely horrendous. Willing to take your money but customer service on issues are intended to frustrate customers at best and non existent at worst...**I filed a dispute and was given Claim * PP************. Got a confirming e-mail on December 4th directing me to my resolution page. Absolutely nothing in my in-box.. After several calls, disconnects*or hang-ups totaling hours of wasted time, customer service answered on Dec 10th (after a 45 minute hold) and cannot find any trace of a claim. Transferred me to Dispute and promised I would speak to someone in 1-2 mins. I then spend another hour holding. Still holding actually.
In frustration I went online to GetHuman to see if a robotic call would work.. said I would receive a call from Paypal - hold time listed at 21 minutes. 30 minutes later - still holding.
Paypal is making too much money to have this deplorable type of customer service. Unfortunately there is no way to give less than a 1. Everyone I speak to who had a dispute has had a similar experience with Paypal's customer service. As an aside, sounds like every part of customer service is somewhere overseas....Just awful.
