Lake Side is more than just an animal hospital; we are a multi-faceted animal care facility, providing numerous services and treatments for our patients. Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical care to our patients, while providing our clients with education and assistance in all areas of animal care and ownership. We aim to exceed our clients' expectations by treating owners with respect, honesty, and compassion and treating all pets as if they were our own. Our services are administered in a clean, safe, and friendly environment and our goals are to work as a team built on communication and extensive knowledge, complementing each others' talents and retaining a positive attitude.

I always am happy when I call or come into the office. The staff is amazing, they are always great at answering all my questions and concerns. I appreciate having a vet I can trust.

I walked in with my cat in distress and was not a client. They took me right into a rooom. The receptionist called for a technician and stayed with me until the tech came in. The tech did an exam while the receptionist grabbed Dr. Jen. Within minutes my cat was being treated. The whole staff was truely amazing. Calm under pressure. The receptionist stayed with me in the lobby and calmed me down. I am now a client of LSAH for this reason. My cat is doing well and is happy & healthy. And if you were wondering on the cost of this visit-not expensive at all. Go to LSAH just once and you too will switch vets to them.

It was hard to find a veterinarian that would listen to me and educate me. Dr. Jen, Dr. Champlin and the staff at LSAH are truely amazing. What a difference from the other local vets. They have a geat bed side manner. It is a family fun atmosphere. You walk in the door and they are smiling and laughing. They make you feel like your at home there. My dog used to hate to go to the vet butloves LSAH. The ladues are awesome!
