Unprofessional. I booked rooms for guests at our daughter's wedding, but called to cancel when none of our guests were interested. The proprietor offered to hold them for another 10 days (still 2 months in advance) and never followed up with me on the number she had on file for me. Then she billed me even though no guests ever booked or used the rooms saying she didn't remember the conversation the same way I did.
