We are looking to take on cleaning jobs for residential homes, apartment/townhouse complexes and/or commercial buildings. We have a passion for organization and an eye for detail. We are highly dedicated to exceptional standards of performance and quality. This could be weekly/bi-weekly, monthly, or just a one-time service. PRICING: Price varies but would depend on what you want done and how large your home/office building is. No signed contract necessary, we just ask that you pay in person each time we clean or set up a plan. Only methods of payments acceptable at this time are check, money order or cash. AVAILABILITY: We are available any day and any time that would be ideal for you. You do not have to be present but can if you prefer. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: References and clear background check provided upon request SERVICES PROVIDED: -All general/necessary cleaning -Floor care: Vacuuming, sweeping, moping, polishing -Dust/Sanitize: Light fixtures, ledges, counter tops, couch's/furniture -Deep cleaning (appliances inside and out, bathrooms, garages, storage rooms, etc.) -Change out all trash/recycle bins, restock toiletries (if necessary) -Scrub areas with present stains, mold, and mildew -Wash/sanitize entire wall coverage and/or ceilings (if necessary)
