My local Casket, Coffin and Urn showroom is open by appointment, but my hours are whenever you need me. I will work with whatever schedule your family needs. My showroom is just three miles from Exit 8 off the Mass Pike, or about 15 minutes from the Eastfield Mall via route 20 from Springfield. Don’t worry if you don’t see a Casket or Coffin in my showroom that you like, I have access to hundreds of Caskets and Coffins that will be in my showroom the next day if ordered by 5pm the day before (Except Sunday). The process is simple; once you select a casket or cremation urn, I contact the funeral home and set up a delivery time. I will let you know when I will deliver it and then contact you again to confirm it has been delivered. Delivery is available without charge within a 25-mile radius of Palmer seven days a week to funeral homes in the following Massachusetts communities: Agawam, Amherst, Auburn, Belchertown, Brimfield, Brookfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, East Brookfield, Greenfield, Holyoke, Indian Orchard, Leominster, Ludlow, Millbury, Monson, Northampton, North Brookfield, Palmer, Southbridge, Southwick, Spencer, Springfield, Sturbridge, Three Rivers, Ware, Warren, Wales, Webster, Westfield, West Springfield, Wilbraham, and Worcester as well as Enfield, Stafford, Suffield, Windsor and Hartford, Connecticut.
