I came into this store the other day because it was recommended to me by a contractor. I walk into the show room and was not greeted just ignored. I understood this because they where busy with other costumers (two associates with two costumers) phone is ringing on and off. But once it finally starts to die down a little bit one associate is finally free and he is hesitant to help me. He decided that it is more interesting (at this point I am waiting at the counter) to listen in on the conversation with the other costumer and associate. He finally turns around (it felt like 2 minutes) and says to me "So you have questions?". I think nothing of the question and presume to ask him a couple of questions about tiles and getting a quote. He didn't want to give me an exact price then proceeds to tell me to "come back in with your Husband so we can actually talk about numbers." This is completely rude and disrespectful I was so shocked. Why would I come back to a place that showed me terrible costumer service and insulted me in front of my face. I would not recommend this place to any women who is going in alone to just ask for a quote. I am sure that they are great to other people or in different situations. But for me they have lost my business for an entire house remodel. I am very disappointed with the associate for treating me in a matter that I am no one to take seriously.
