I brought in our older Hoover vacume for repair and was given a loaner. (NICE). Brought repaired vacume home and it still wasn't working satisfactorly. Returned and was greeted professionally and courteoiusly. Brought it home and, again, it still wasn't working properly. Again returned. Again treasted well. A few days later received call that my vacume was ready. Bob informed me that they replaced EVERYTHING they could think of, even though there didn't seem to be anything not "right". Total Chargers - NONE! The vacume works as well as it did when purchased. When in the market for a vacume and or service, this will be my first stop. Thanks Guys! Howard.L.

Best place to take a broken Dyson to be fixed. They fixed mine in two days and the price was less then I was quoted at another vac shop.
