Located in Thousand Oaks, Calif., the city of Thousand Oaks Finance Department operates a variety of divisions that include administration, public support, accounting, purchasing, facilities and information technology departments. The department is responsible for the city's overall financial operation, managing assessment district information, building construction and maintenance and reprographics. It accepts payments for business licenses, false alarm citations, parking citations, water and wastewater bills and housing assistance programs for seniors. The finance department also manages the Los Robles Greens Golf Course and Community Banquet Center. In addition, the Thousand Oaks Finance Department works with the public works department regarding dog licenses and subsidized taxi cards.
