It was on January 23, 1979 where he began his careeras an orthopedic surgeon in Simi Valley, CA.Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery in September 1980.Dr. Rashkin operates out of two offices in the Ventura County area. Dr. Rashkin's primary location is in Simi Valley and he operates a second office in Thousand Oaks. He is associated with Adventist Health Simi Valley Hospital in Simi Valley, CA .
