This has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am ashamed to have had them come to my house over the summer and say they fixed the problem. They had the audacity to then say it was another problem and charge me again! Punctuality was there, however I expect the guarantee of their work, especially within 20 days of service!
I highly recommend Acme for any type of heating or air conditioning service. I've had plenty of companies out in my day and have yet to find such a nice and honest person provide such great service. Thanks to Acme, I have a heater that's clean and working great. Mary S.
