Terrible customer service! I tried to exchange an inexpensive gift there, I had the receipt, I was spending more, and the owner refused to exchange the item without the credit card! It was a gift, so how would I have the credit card? It was even within 10 days of purchase. Owner was very rude to me! Never again. I'll stick with Hallmark around the corner.
