- Swedish MassageHi my name is Jennifer Redding, I have been a massage therapist for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. I had received a massage when I was 17 years old and loved the way it made me feel so I decided to go to massage school so I could learn everything about massage therapy. I love when someone comes in with a problem and after working on their problem areas they come out of the massage room feeling a million times better, that just makes me feel so good by helping someone feel better. I practice many types of massages such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, pregnancy, reflexology, so there are lots of massages to choose from. After going to massage school I decided to go to cosmetology school so I could learn how to do everything, so I could accommodate my client’s needs, so now I have also been practicing cosmetology for 7 years. Besides my work history I have a 7 year old son and had just got married September 24th of 2016 to the love of my life, which we have been together for 9 years before we decided to finally get married. I hope you enjoy getting to know me a little from my biography.

- Chiropractic AdjustmentsA Chiropractic adjustment is the use of a specific force in a precise direction that helps normalize spinal function. The adjustment is applied to a joint that is fixated, “locked up”, or not moving properly. Adjustments help return the bones to a more normal position or motion, restoring body’s natural healing.
- SubluxationThe definition of Chiropractic is Practice of adjusting by hand and was founded by Dr. D.D. Palmer in 1895. An adjustment removes subluxations (interferences with in the nervous system or nerves) to reconnect the mind/body communication with proven ability to relieve back pain, increase vitality and promote well being.
- Manipulation TherapyBecause of its non-invasive yet effective procedures chiropractic records from insurance and court cases have shown that it is the safest portal of entry health care available for the public to date. Many mistakenly believe chiropractics to be a pseudo medicine, but it`s a fact that doctors of chiropractic receive extensive professional education on par with Medical Doctors and Osteopaths. It is recognized by Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Employees Health Care Benefits Programs, Federal Worker`s Compensation and all state workers compensation programs. The process of chiropractic care is safe, efficient and most importantly as noted by the Ontario Ministry of Health “On the evidence, particularly the most scientifically valid clinical studies, spinal manipulation applied by chiropractors is shown to be more effective than alternative treatments for low back pain…There would be highly significant cost savings if more management of low back pain was transferred from physician to chiropractors.”
- Spinal Decompression$50Chiropractic today emphasize the conservative side of management for neuromusculoskeletal without the use of medicine or surgery (this includes a special emphasis on a patient`s spine). Chiropractic treatment has been applied for such diverse issues as carpel tunnel, pregnancy, disc problems, back surgery, pinched nerves, degeneration and scoliosis. There is a growing body of evidence that suggests chiropractic care (in the form of spinal decompression) can even be an alternative to certain surgical procedures concerning the spine. Specifically herniated and degenerative disk disease has been studied with results that 86% of patients who were treated expressed an immediate resolution of their pain while 84% expressed continuing pain relief 90 days after their treatment ended (“Spinal Decompression Study” T. Gionis MD). Herniated and degenerative disk disease cost the American health care system more than $50 billion annually. The cost for successful nonsurgical therapy is less than a tenth of that for surgery. The possibilities for our health care system if chiropractic care was recommended as an alternative to surgery are mind boggling! It is exactly this type of issue that is changing the course of chiropractics, and is quickly drawing chiropractics into the forefront of medical issues and studies.
