Quail Rise is a relatively nice apartment complex. Most residents seem to be hard working middle class people. The management and maintenence personnel are friendly. I do however notice, they do not do inspections once you become a resident. From a business perspective that doesn't seem very smart. How would you know if the apartment is being maintained or if illegal activity may be going on if you never do any follow up? It seems useless to do background checks initially if days later you can move anyone in and they would never know, because they never check. I also find they are slow when it comes to making minor repairs. I think they only have one maintenence man and it's a fairly large complex. A major perk is water, sewer, and garbarge are free which contriubutes to a reasonable light bill. Overall, I would recommend Quail Rise Apartments to a single indiviudal or a family. I am single, but for the most part I feel safe.
