Management and maintenance gossip and spread rumors about tenants and their situations with no reprimand from the owner. The free cable TV does not work worth a crap during the day and cuts out at 8pm sharp every night! Wifi cuts in and out when it wants. Every time we have had an issue with something maintenance wise we had to fix it ourselves! Also management does not keep up with their books very well. Your either in the circle or not. No one on one confidential meetings with management or owner, everyone has their own opinion and/views about you if you are not part of there group. When an issue arrives they bring the whole crew!! Was not at all what we expected!!!!!!

THIS CAMPGROUND DOES NOT HAVE 24 HR SECURITY. FEMA CAMPERS IN THERE WITH UNSAFE FACILITY. POND HAVE COTTON MOUTHS AND GATORS. ALSO LAWN IS LONG, AND TYPICALLY UNSAFE FAMILY AREA. POOL LOCKED.MUST GET APPROVED FOR USE. BATHROOM FACILITIES ARE NOT CLEANED REGUARLY. NOT AS WEBSITE STATES.
