Called to make an appointment with a flyer we received from asking by the studio in the mall one day. Let them know we wanted the $100 package on flyer. The day of pictures they let a trainee who had no comfort level with children take the pics of our one year old. We were then ushered into a back room to choose prints where a pressure sale happened. We tried to give them our flyer but they kept asking us to instead just build our dream package before they would take the flyer. After 3 hours of being at the studio we were exhausted and sweaty from the temp. We were told we had built a $6000. Package and that the flyer would not be honored. There was no expiration and it was a recent flyer. They stayed they were just no longer accepting it. This is after we were VERY clear the whole process that we only came in because of this flyer discount. We ended up giving them $600. (After painstaking negotiations and far less prints) so we could get out of there with something after the ordeal. Our baby was of course crying and unable to be calmed at this point after putting her through this several hour long negotiation. I called a few days later to makemy complaints to the owner and he told me to go to Walmart or Home Depot next time. (Home Depot? ) It's been a few years now and Im writing this because I to this day have never been treated like that by any company. I want to warn anyone who might be considering taking their family.

I have had the pleasure of visiting with and being photographed by this company. We originally went to picture people in the mall where a teenager took 50 pictures and only 6 looked good enough to keep and the best picture my husband had to direct the photographer in lighting, and position. Being pregnant with our first this was to be a precious time, it wasn't. Then we walked the mall and stopped at Studio one to one. There we met Laura. Who was genuine on her desire to make our pictures turn out spectacular. The rest of the staff was courteous, professional and excited to help make the experience a great one. Laura at studio one to one captured the most beautiful pictures of my husband and I. We had over 200 pictures to look at and everyone of them were awesome. This young lady photographer captured the moment not just a pose. The staff and Laura, spent so much time with us making sure we had what we wanted and that we walked away completely satisfied. From that point on we have been encouraged to use their props, bring props and wardrobe from home to create even better moments. We couldn't believe even better was or would be possible.My son is now 2 1/2 we have had all pictures from here: birth announcements, extended family pictures, holiday cards they're that good! We have been blessed by the fun, creativity, warmth and care that each session is handled with.
