The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are prompt at returning phone calls. The procedure was explained thoroughly.
The best care and experience. Excellent staff who took exceptional care of us. Surgery was perfect and healing went according to doctor's expectation. We will come here for all surgeries needed in the future.
I was extremely happy with the service that I was provided here. Dr.Piefer was very nice and made sure to provided me with all of the information that I would need. I am very happy that I was referred to Dr.Piefer because I knew I was in the best care possible with him and his team.
He remains low key yet always concerned which helps put you at ease. He makes you feel confident that he is knowledgeable and very precise with what he is doing. He is an excellent surgeon, and we have nothing but absolute confidence in him.
First rate care!!!!
I have had two operations with Dr. Piefer. The entire process, from diagnosis to post op, was 100% flawless. Even my father, a man of few praises, was blown away by how much he cared about his patients and their families, especially when speaking with the family in the waiting room. I was NEVER once, in my many visits, confused, uncertain or not 100% confident in the care I was being given. Highly recommend!
Dr. Piefer is an excellent doctor! He has an amazing reputation with the ER nurses at Hermann. So when when my son had foot injury I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks doc for taking such good care of my son.
From the check in process to Chris who was so through asking questions regarding my issues to Dr, Piefer the care and expertise was exceptional. I would highly recommend any of my friends to The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre.
Dr. Piefer is the whole package. He is not only a genius medically, he is a very caring and giving person. Always listens to what every word and every feeling. Always willing to take as much time as needed.
Not enough words to express how wonderful he is.
Dr. Piefer is always willing to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains the diagnosis so even my daughter can understand. Great experiences!
A great experience with Dr Piefer, willing to listen not in a hurry highly recommend Dr Piefer the only sports medicine doctor i will see
Everyone in Dr. Piefer's office including Dr. Piefer is very professional and friendly.
Dr. Piefer took care of my first rotator cuff tear and we're now considering what to do about the other shoulder's rotator cuff tear. He was very hands on with the whole process for the other arm---first visit, surgery visit, after surgery visits and therapy.
I would recommend Dr. Piefer and his staff every day of the year. He has treated me for approximately 6 years. He saved my knees for 5 years and then I bit the bullet and had my first total knee replacement. Best thing I ever did! About to have the second one with no fear at all. His staff is the most accommodating and friendliest of all my doctors. I trust Dr Piefer completely and recommend him every chance I get. Great bed side manner!
Great overall
I've been a patient of Dr. Piefer's for serveral years and him and his staff are by far the best team to be cared by. He truly has his patient's best interest at heart and his team is there to help every step of the way. I've never hesitated to recommend him and his team to my family and friends!!
His staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Chris C. I had no trouble getting in to see Dr Piefer quickly for a new knee issue with my other knee. I highly recommend seeing Dr Piefer.
Hands down the best Doctor in the area. Dr. Piefer and his TEAM were very professional and understanding of my issues. They all took the time to understand what the best course of action was to get me back on my feet. From the frist visit to each follow up visit, Dr. Piefer and is TEAM were first rate.
IN all aspects of diagnosis, surgery, after-care and clear, concise, yet friendly communication.
Chris and staff are awesome support!
I have had two separate surgeries with Dr. Piefer and would recommend he and his staff to anyone with confidence.
i think experience went as well as it can go. Staff has been very helpful, my only complaint would be how long i have had to wait on my appointments. I'm hoping rehab goes as well as the surgery. Having had the nerve block for another procedure, i think the 36 hour "ball" works much better than the injection i had this time. It wore off well before the 12 hour window and i was chasing the pain for the next six hours.
