About 6 months ago I purchased 2 40" Toshiba televisions.The sound quality was very bad.One was a gift,the other for my bedroom,which I do not use very much.I should have returned it sooner,but was very busy,and did not have time. I finally called,and they sent service tech out.I was told that the sound for this model was bad,because it had speakers too small,and amp. was too weak. They have had many complaints,on this t.v. but there was nothing they could do to fix. I called Toshiba,and was told the same thing. If I wanted a decent sound,I would have to buy a home theatre system.At 100% volumn,you could just barely hear some channels.Toshiba will not help me,they would not even let me speak to a supurvisor.It is against their policy to do this.I called Conns back and was also told,they knew the t.v. was a problem, but they would not help me. I am stuck with a t.v. with almost no sound. I have had an open account with Conns, for over 25 years,but I will never purchase from them again

i purchased a mattress fron conns in march it was good for about two months a spring started poking me in may i called the service dept they came and measured it and said it was defective and should be replaced under warenty i called to find out the status serveral mtimes and got the run around until two weeks ago mi did finally get ahold of some one in houston who then told me that since i did not have a boxspring and the recomended frame that they did not have to honor the warrenty i got the phone number from him to the manufacture who told me that since the matress was on a platform bed that a box spring was not required and that the retailer should honor the warrenty conns will not return my calls
