I was concerned about going to this Doctor based on the comments about the front desk staff being rude. I found quite the opposite, they were very nice and went out of their way to meet my needs. Maybe the staff has changed since the person visited in 2012 as my experience was completely different. I recommend this establishment highly!

He is a good eye doctor. Incredibly difficult to get an appointment for multiple family members back to back. Very unaccommodating.

Dr Brog is good at what he does, but the front desk staff is the worst!!! Very rude for no reason, like its an issue that I am there. Usually I can tolerate rudeness and hopefully next time hope for a better experience but it is every time I am there and my husband mention the same thing. Based on this alone me and my family won't be back. Worst front desk staff!
