When everything went to hell in a handbag, we found the reason was our agent had gone on vacation and had done none of the paperwork nor had she delegated anyone else to act on our behalf in her absense. House ended up being occupied by squatters and three dogs, costing us a new carpet, loss of revenue and un-necessary expenses.
