Reunion Plaza like most other nursing facilities is understaffed, and many of their nursing assistants appear under trained. When the nurse "call button" is rung, you MIGHT see a nurse in 45 minutes. Sometimes the call is never answered. In emergencies my family had to physically FIND a nurse and bring her to our Dad's room.These, mostly elderly, people deserve better.My dad was a patient there for less than 1 month when we decided to bring him back home.Had we known what we do now we would have kept him at home.

My mother-in-law had to go to Reunion for rehab after a broken hip. It was so difficult to leave her there but in the long run it was the best decision I ever made. She recooperated and came home. If there were any problems at all I could go to the administrator and it was taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend it for your loves one. If the employees don't love the patients they are no longer employed.Dovie Cooper
