      I purchased a garden tiller and the wheel drive pins were left off of the tiller making me drive 29 miles one way to go and pick them up before I could use the machine. I think this is pure carelessness of the employee who put the machine together, or he does not know his job one. I have traded with lowes for several years and have found that they are polite and in most cases know their business. .... however in this store the garden tiller department does not know anything and must look up everything to answer a question. DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR INFORMATION AND DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.....not a happy customer today regarding this. costing me extra time and extra gas to go and get these pins.
