The people are very haphazard about whom they award their service to. If I walk in before someone else, I expect to be served before someone else. They are not very good about gettin gback to you about information they were supposed ot be checking on. I was promised a call by 11 am the next business day and had to call them back, more than once to find out some information about a dress. That was not in stock, by the way. i then called back and inquired about a different dress, promised a call back in a few minutes, and never recieved it. In my opinion, save your business for a boutique that values it.Also, the owner will tell you a more expensive dress looks better on you than a less expensive dress more suitable to your body type and characteristics, just to make a sale at your expense. Lame!

The staff is not helpful. The owner is rude and very difficult to deal with. There were some issues with my husband's tuxedo in a wedding he was in. Instead of dealing with the issues, she hung up on him more than once. Bad bad service.

I was a bride not too long ago. I shopped around and didn't find anything great until I visited Bridal Castle. The staff was so helpful and had great tips to planning. I found the dress of my dreams, bridesmaids dresses to match and did my tuxes there. I could not have asked for a better day! I want to thank the wonderful staff there for helping me... I could not have done it without you! Thanks! You should def. visit this shop!

I stopped by one day to look around and see what dress brands they carried. I was by myself, and I couldn't get any service. I had to find someone to help me. I requested to look at their bridesmaid catalogs, but the girl needed one back to place an order for another customer. She never returned the book even after she said, "oh, I never brought that book back to you. I'll go get that." Then she sat down and helped a girl and her mother find a prom dress. It was quite clear to me that because I was shopping alone, they assumed that I wasn't spending money. Big mistake. I have 3 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and a large budget. I felt like they thought I was not worth their time because I didn't appear to have any money. This place was stuck up and I pricey.

My sister ordered 5 dresses and 5 tuxedos and was charged $60 per item for express shipping which was susposed to arrive in a week, the dresses were not in on time and they kept giving her the run aroud. I ordered my dress online from California and it arrived in 4 days, and their dresses hadn't even came. This was poor quality and i think it was racially motivated!!!!
